Job Summary

A financial company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Internal Mortgage Risk Auditor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting in gathering of documentation and information for various due diligence requests
• Assisting the Director of Internal Audit and Risk management with projects
• Assisting in loan fraud reviews

Qualifications Include:

• 3 year’s compliance, loan processing and/or underwriting experience in the mortgage lending industry
• Working knowledge of loan fraud red flags and fraud schemes
• Working knowledge of loan processes and procedures for mortgage loans
• Advanced PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
• Advanced written, oral, interpersonal skills with ability to analyze materials
