A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Internal Pharmacy Operations Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating the pharmacy footprint for opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements
- Monitoring Pharmacy Operations performance to identify pharmacies not performing at optimal levels
- Partnering with Finance team on Inventory Management processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience in a position leading Pharmacy operations
- At least five years of experience managing a P&L
- At least five years of experience directly managing people
- Experience in budget development, management, and analysis
- Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues
- Ability to manage rapid growth and establish training, orientation, and team building areas
