Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Internal Pharmacy Operations Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluating the pharmacy footprint for opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements
  • Monitoring Pharmacy Operations performance to identify pharmacies not performing at optimal levels
  • Partnering with Finance team on Inventory Management processes

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience in a position leading Pharmacy operations
  • At least five years of experience managing a P&L
  • At least five years of experience directly managing people
  • Experience in budget development, management, and analysis
  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues
  • Ability to manage rapid growth and establish training, orientation, and team building areas
