Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Internal Technical Support Engineer in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting with customer setup within our system
  • Helping triage and mitigate issues within our system
  • Providing general and technical system support to our client services

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal to non-technical coworker
  • Experience with Ruby or a similar programming language preferred
