Job Summary
A real estate technology company has an open position for a Remote Internal Technical Support Engineer in Dallas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot data integrations
- Assist with customer setup within our system
- Help triage and mitigate issues within our system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with Ruby or a similar programming language
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ability to provide step-by-step written and verbal technical help
- Must be able to provide general and technical system support
