Job Summary
A cybersecurity solutions provider has an open position for a Remote International Client Operation Specialist in Overland Park.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting assigned region of Client Managers and Client Operations Specialists
- Providing outstanding and enthusiastic client service and communication both by phone and email
- Monitoring, tracking, and expediting international shipments as orders are placed and fulfilled
Qualifications for this position include:
- A.A. Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training
- 2 or more years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales/Client Services role required
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office; Specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Prior experience in Client Relationship Management software (CRM) required
- Ability to work in a sales partnership setting, where workflow is determined by incoming requests required
