Job Summary
A relocation solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote International Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Calculating tax cost estimates
- Reconciling worldwide compensation
- Helping ensure tax compliance
Position Requirements Include:
- Associates in Business, Accounting or related field of preferred, or HS Diploma and years of industry experience
- 4 years related experience, with a background in global mobility compensation
- Demonstrated knowledge of global tax
- Ability to learn client accrual reporting requirements using excel and Aires technology tools
- Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
