Job Summary
A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote International Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing policy brief to support countries to design and implement policy
- Presenting gender responsive and disability inclusive approaches to public budgeting
- Mapping and highlighting promising country practices in advocacy
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Capacity to collate and analyze information and distill it into a conceptual framing
- At least seven years of experience in gender analysis, policy-oriented technical support and/or policy advocacy
- Knowledge of international standards on human rights, women's rights, disability rights and related instruments
- Experience drafting analytical and policy-oriented publications and articles
- Knowledge and experience working on gender-responsive budgeting and/or disability-inclusive approaches
