A provider of consulting, engineering, program management, construction management and technical services is seeking a Remote International Development Talent Acquisition Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing full life-cycle recruitment support for our home offices, proposals, and project teams
- Developing job descriptions, interviewing questions, job mirroring exercises, and position advertisements
- Sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, checking references, conducting salary negotiations, and preparing offer letters
Qualifications for this position include:
- Five years of experience working as a full lifecycle recruiter
- Two years of experience working as a recruiter in a corporate environment
- Proven hands-on knowledge of enterprise applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques
- Strong mastery of social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Demonstrated advanced multitasking and organizational capabilities
