Job Summary

A software, hardware, and services technology company is filling a position for a Remote International Focus Paralegal Legal Program Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Assist in developing and improving scalable best practices and materials
  • Partner with Legal, Tax, Finance, Facilities, and HR to triage and escalate issues, risks, and concerns to maintain compliance
  • Coordinate complex tax driven and active legal entity consolidation projects, both international and domestic

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, Corporate Paralegal Certification or Project Management Certification
  • Minimum of 3 full years of post-M&A integration, tax restructuring, and subsidiary maintenance experience
  • Corporate legal secretarial experience or alternative legal service industry experience
  • Experience with technology and its application in legal entity management
  • Aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be curious, resourceful and practice a growth mindset
