Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote International Human Resources Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Drafting country specific information on a wide range of HR topics in our team format
- Answering questions (in the form of tickets) on HR topics
- Attending customer calls from time to time when there are questions on country specific HR information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Are confident in your HR knowledge
- 6+ years generalist HR experience
- Have provided HR support across multiple European countries
- Have dealt with the most tricky HR situations before including investigations and terminations
- Are experienced and confident presenting to a wide range of stakeholders
- Are confident in your HR knowledge
