Job Summary

An employee management platform developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote International Payroll Platform Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning all support requests from our customers and their employees/contractors
  • Handling additional KYC requests, verifications, and tracking the status of payments
  • Being the first customer support specialist
