A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote International People Operations Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging and managing local People Operations staff
- Developing and maintaining scalable people operations practices
- Identifying and utilizing data and metrics to drive decision-making
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to utilize tools and resources to investigate the localization of HR operations
- Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working through competing priorities
