A provider of online file sharing services has an open position for a Remote International Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Source, recruit, and hire for a wide range of roles across our business organisations
• Develop targeted recruiting strategies
• Design and execute individualised full-cycle staffing plans for assigned hiring teams

Required Skills:

• Previous In house full cycle recruiting experience
• Creative and resourceful in solving problems throughout the recruiting process
• Insightful and have a knack for assessing talent beyond matching key words on a resume
• Adaptability
• Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
• Extraordinary teamwork and multi-tasking skills
