Job Summary

A financial services and technology company is in need of a Remote International Refunds Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Matching incoming refund payments and resolving queries
Verifying payer account details in line with AML regulations
Processing multi-currency refund payouts in line with AML regulations

Qualifications Include:

Undergraduate Degree along with an interest in financial services or operations
Proficiency in Excel and other online tools (Google Apps, etc)
Consistent execution with high standards of service
Excellent analytical and computer skills
Proficiency in Zendesk
Ability to enhance and improve processes
