Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote International Refunds Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Matching incoming refund payments and resolving queries
- Verifying payer account details in line with AML regulations
- Processing multi-currency refund payouts in line with AML regulations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Fluency in English (required)
- Undergraduate Degree along with an interest in financial services or operations
- Exceptional communication skills, international experience is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and other online tools (Google Apps, etc.)
- Proficiency in Zendesk
