Job Summary

A nonprofit is seeking a Remote International Rice Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Review the current situation of rice production in the country, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Participate in the project inception workshop
• Prepare report and detailed work plan and milestone for the project implementation

Required Skills:

• Advanced university degree in Agronomy or Horticulture Science and management, or related field
• 7 years extensive experience in integrated rice production systems and management and improve technologies
• Extensive and relevance experience in climate resilient and sustainable agricultural production
• Ability to plan and organize own work, deliver results and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in English and strong computer, report writing, and presentation skills
