Remote International Senior Contracts and Grants Specialist

Job Summary

A research company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote International Senior Contracts and Grants Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Prepare and negotiate contracts, non-disclosure agreements, subcontract and teaming agreements
• Ensure language and process uniformity that limits exposure to unintended risk
• Manage, coordinate, monitor and track Data Rights, Patent, Trademark, and other Intellectual Property issues

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of progressively complex and relevant contracts experienc
• Substantial knowledge of federal and client contracting regulations and policies
• Experience with USAID pre-award and post-award prime and subcontracts
• Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using standard MS Office programs
• Strong negotiation skills
