Position Requirements Include:
- Three and more years of experience in talent acquisition
- Experience in managing full-cycle of recruitment projects
- Experience of hiring internationally (USA, LATAM, Europe)
- Expertise in cross-cultural communication and behavior
- Knowledge of competency-based approach
