Job Summary
A company that delivers online learning, training, and talent solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote International Tax and Planning Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Directing U.S. international tax-related planning and structing projects
- Determining the development of international tax strategies
- Assisting with the preparation of the international tax portions of the consolidated U.S. Form 1120
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ten years of international tax experience, preferably with a large accounting firm or corporate tax department
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in building and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels
- Effective communication skills with a shown capability to lead and make contributions to teams and initiatives
- Must be self-sufficient, a great teammate, and work well in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
