Job Summary
A information technology and services company has a current position open for a Remote Internet Services Inbound Sales Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the Inbound Sales team, strategy and go-to-market initiatives in alignment with department goals and vision
- Developing, evaluating, and implementing strategies to identify opportunities and improve service delivery
- Ensuring the team is properly trained to support the triage group, the commercial sales team, and all customer segments
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading teams including people in leadership roles
- At least 5-7 years of Sales/Account Management experience, with a consistent track record of success
- Well-developed business and management principles
- Ability to lead managers and successfully guide distributed remote teams across lines of business, and geographies
