Job Summary

A medical technology company has a current position open for a Remote Interventional Oncology Training Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop training for Sales Reps and Managers (Domestic & International)
• Facilitate New Hire Training to introduce new sales employees to business policies, procedures and products
• Provide on-going training on new policies and procedures

Required Skills:

• Travel may be required
• Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) and/or 2-5 years of related experience
• 3+ years of experience in field sales training
• 2+ years of direct sales experience (quota responsibility)
• Demonstrated sales ability
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
