Job Summary

An institute for higher education is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Introduction To Modern Database Systems Consulting Professor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting in developing open online courseware
  • Developing assignments; and creating or revising assessment materials
  • Identifying and vetting open educational resources (OER) for use in instruction

Required Skills:

  • A Ph.D. in a related academic discipline OR an M.S., M.A, or MBA and experience for business faculty
  • Teaching experience at the college level
  • Demonstrated experience in instructional design or curriculum development
  • Demonstrated experience with Open Educational Resources (OER)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
