Job Summary

A privately-held health technology company is in need of a Remote Inventory Health Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing multiple operational workflows simultaneously engaging both internal and external stakeholders to accomplish goals
  • Creating, managing and distributing reports related to each of the projects assigned providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects in scope
  • Routinely performing complete analysis of individual projects and serving as subject matter expert, sometimes at a very granular level

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, and ability to work independently
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, respect throughout the organization, and be viewed as a team player
  • Proven excellent presentation skills ranging from small to large groups, locally and remote
  • Proficiency with MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proven understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from an account support perspective
  • Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in Business Administration, MIS, Operations Management, IT, Process Improvement, or Business Analytics
