Job Summary

A home decor retail company is in need of a Remote Inventory Planner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing mitigation options for inventory gaps or overages
  • Coordinating prioritization of containers based on inventory needs and peak periods
  • Updating Demand Planner on inventory gaps that impact current sales forecasts

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in an inventory control or materials planning role
  • Knowledge or experience with Sales & Operations Planning
  • Outstanding planning, organizational, communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables, Index)
