Job Summary
A home decor retail company is in need of a Remote Inventory Planner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing mitigation options for inventory gaps or overages
- Coordinating prioritization of containers based on inventory needs and peak periods
- Updating Demand Planner on inventory gaps that impact current sales forecasts
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
- 5+ years’ experience in an inventory control or materials planning role
- Knowledge or experience with Sales & Operations Planning
- Outstanding planning, organizational, communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables, Index)
