Job Summary

A research organization is in need of a Remote Investigational Site Monitor I or II in Austin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting and documenting site management calls/contacts according to the monitoring plan
• Providing trial status tracking and progress update reports to study manager
• Remotely reviewing study logs as deemed necessary

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in life science-related field or an Associate's degree in Nursing with a current RN license.
• Prior clinical research experience (up to 1 year)
• Knowledge of clinical monitoring through classwork/training
• Basic medical/therapeutic area knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
• Ability to advise, counsel, and motivate investigational sites
• Ability to evaluate medical research data
