Job Summary

A software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Investigations and Risk Management Trust and Safety Counter-Fraud Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Develop a deep understanding of platform usage to identify fraudulent activity
  • Design and implement processes to address fraud-related concerns for the platform
  • Perform investigations of irregular trends and behavior patterns

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of counter-fraud or fraud
  • Experience with financial crime investigations
  • Equivalent work experience, w/ hands-on fraud and financial crime investigation as an alternative
  • Demonstrated effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret structured data, develop recommendations and analysis
  • Strong process/program management and prioritization skills
