Job Summary
An engineering technology company is in need of a Remote Investigations Legal Counsel.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Planning and conducting confidential internal investigations both in a lead and supporting role
- Drafting and preparing formal, written investigative summaries and reports
- Assisting with external investigations, inquiries, and concerns, as appropriate
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a U.S. accredited law school required
- Member in good standing of at least one state bar association
- Significant experience with witness interviews and/or depositions
- Minimum of 4 years' experience conducting work-place related and/or government investigations
- Experience supervising and partnering with outside counsel and managing budgets for same
