Remote Investigations Legal Counsel

Job Summary

An engineering technology company is in need of a Remote Investigations Legal Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Planning and conducting confidential internal investigations both in a lead and supporting role
• Drafting and preparing formal, written investigative summaries and reports
• Assisting with external investigations, inquiries, and concerns, as appropriate

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a U.S. accredited law school required
• Member in good standing of at least one state bar association
• Significant experience with witness interviews and/or depositions
• Minimum of 4 years' experience conducting work-place related and/or government investigations
• Experience supervising and partnering with outside counsel and managing budgets for same
