Job Summary
A health insurance marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Investigations Medicare Compliance Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Executing the tasks associated with the complaint investigation process
- Tracking complaints in the Medicare Compliance database
- Executing compliance monitoring assessments
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years experience at a Medicare Advantage Organization or Prescription Drug plan Sponsor
- Detail oriented with good organizational, written and verbal communication skills preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively prioritize work preferred
