Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Investment Advisor and Trading Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and maintaining a high-performing team
- Managing work distribution, resource management and staffing levels within workgroup
- Resolving escalated customer cases, situations and inquiries
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with significantly improving processes and leading change
- College degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated process/people leadership
- Professional credentials preferred (e.g. FLMA, ALHC, CLU)
- FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days of hire/transfer
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service
