A global fintech company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Investment Banker in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the structuring of offerings while working closely with issuers to help with determining the company’s valuation
- Conducting feasibility studies in the market (depending on the project)
- Sourcing & identifying emerging and innovative strategies to boost the long-term growth of the primary market business
Position Requirements Include:
- Must have 5+ years of experience as an investment banker or investment analyst
- Must hold bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team-oriented and strong time management skills
- Able to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively
