Job Summary
A financial services institution is seeking a Remote Investment Operations Senior Reporting Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for large Defined Benefit Plan Sponsors, Non-Qualified and advisors utilizing data from multiple sources
- Reviewing internal reports on a monthly basis and communicate results
- Identifying process breakdowns, proposing solutions to remedy and work with business partners to implements solutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in financial reporting or investment
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in financial services
- Demonstrated knowledge of and understanding of Retirement Industry
- Proven strong project management skills with the ability to balance team orientation with ability to work independently
- Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including but not limited to VLOOKUP and other complex formula construction, Conditional Formatting, Macros, Pivot Tables, Charts and Reporting)
- Proven strong understanding of investment concepts and/or products within retirement market
