Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Investment Operations Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Develop improvements for operation processes and communication
  • Ensure quarterly goals are met
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Strong working experience with proprietary mutual fund operations
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a Registered Investment Advisor and/or Broker Dealer
  • Experience with Cash Management Account operations
  • Background in working in a Fintech firm
  • Demonstrated investment and excellence in experience or an equivalent Bachelors degree in a related field
