A financial software company is in need of a Remote Investment Strategy Customer Experience Head.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Motivating and inspiring others to create a positive experience for our customers
- Taking over the existing team, processes, and procedures
- Influencing them in ways aligned with the team’s mission
Position Requirements Include:
- Have opinions about how and when to scale the team
- Able to hold your team accountable to a service-level agreement that gets better over time
- Primary KPIs will be CSAT, Median first response time, and Median time to close
