Job Summary

A financial institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Investor and Client Support Services Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Resolving investors' and clients' financial balance discrepancies
• Keeping records of investor, client support ticket communications, transactions, recording details of steps taken
• Checking to ensure that appropriate changes were made

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in customer services, communications industry
• Ability to use computers and computer systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge and awareness of compliance and legal matters within the crypto finance and investment industry
