Job Summary
A blockchain technology and software company is filling a position for a Remote Investor Relations and Financial Planning and Analysis Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building a public company-ready Investor Relations function
- Developing strong relationships with investors and sell-side analysts
- Managing sell-side analysts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Investor Relations as a sell-side analyst and equity research
- Extensive knowledge of tech and SaaS models and KPIs
- Deep understanding of the investment process on both the sell-side and buy-side
- Strong financial analysis skills paired with solid market and financial knowledge of the business
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, financial modeling and reporting, and PowerPoint presentation
