Job Summary
A software company offering a digital platform for consumer lending has a current position open for a Remote Investor Relations and Treasury Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing, planning, and executing an IR strategic plan
- Serving as the Company’s liaison with investment banks, brokers, and credit agencies
- Leading the annual insurance renewal for all programs, as well as broker relationships and interactions
Required Skills:
- Public company or public markets experience in an investor relations, banking, research and/or finance role
- Strong relationship, writing, and communications skills
- Collaborative, flexible, and open approach to work
- BA/BS required
- Minimum of 10 years experience in IR, treasury, equity research, corporate strategy and finance, investment banking/consulting
- Well organized and sound judgement at all times
