Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Investor Relations Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building relationships with investors and analysts, and work with the communications team
- Evolving our current investor outreach and targeting strategies
- Establishing and maintaining key organizational items
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A deeply held sense of ownership and personal responsibility
- 10-15+ years of investor relations experience
- Strong and knowledge of financial statements, equity valuation models, and reporting requirements
- Deep understanding of Reg FD and other SEC disclosure rules and regulations
- Ability to work independently across cross-functional internal teams and external relationships
- Comfort meeting and working with new people, and being able to handle ambiguity
