Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Investor Relations Operations Junior Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring the accuracy and reconciliation of all investment data needed for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the curation and circulation of essential deal materials to our Limited Partner network
- Assisting where needed on mission critical day-to-day challenges
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with or for investment funds, banks, or financial services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and precision
- Comfort/experience working in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment
- Comfort working in several technology platforms including, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and more
