Job Summary
A provider of payment management solutions is seeking a Remote Invoice Payment Specialist in Columbus.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing a manual review of all freight invoices
- Ensuring they comply with the customers’ and the department’s procedures
- Applying codes to bills to expedite the entry of the data in the data entry department
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to attend on-site training for 10-14 weeks
- Type 8,000 keystrokes per hour with accuracy
- Ability to grasp and retain instructions
- Ability to maintain a high level of concentration
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Specialized training in keyboarding or prior keyboarding experience
