Job Summary
A human resources service company has an open position for a Remote IO Psychology Consultant in Denver.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing insights and visualizations
- Clearly communicating and presenting findings
- Conducting and managing ongoing criterion validation studies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Graduate degree in IO Psych or a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of EEO compliance and regulations on selection systems
- Ability to present results to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to utilize data to demonstrate ROI pre and post implementation
- Proven success in developing analysis from both quantitative and qualitative data
- Excellent presentation and design skills
