Remote IP Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic law practice, the part-time Remote IP Paralegal will provide legal assistance in intellectual property, trademark, and corporate matters while working approximately 20 hours per week on a contract basis with potential for permanent placement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and file documents related to intellectual property disputes and court matters
• Assist with trademark and copyright support, including filings and enforcement tasks
• Conduct legal and factual research to support attorney workflow and client matters

Required qualifications

• Experience in trademark and IP-focused paralegal work
• Familiarity with litigation support related to intellectual property matters
• Background in handling business entity formations and maintenance
• Experience with corporate governance and recordkeeping support
• Ability to draft and revise template-based contracts and correspondence
