Job Summary
A food company is filling a position for a Remote IP Paralegal.
Must be able to:
- Work closely with the Impossible Foods IP team to execute on intellectual property strategy
- Establish and maintain internal practices and procedures
- Manage deadlines and facilitate filing of documents and materials
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-4 years of experience as a paralegal or administrative specialist in the area of intellectual property law
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; high level of attention to detail
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment while managing deadline pressures
- Tech-savvy, with the desire and ability to master databases, collaboration tools and knowledge-management tools
- Facile with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office programs, Google Docs and intellectual property docketing systems
- Strong communication skills and collaborative nature
