Job Summary

An information technology services company is in need of a Remote iPay Call Center Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing timely product support
  • Assessing, researching and/or resolving the issue
  • Assisting customer with new account set up

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 18 months of customer service experience
  • Must have 20 mbps download speed and 5 mbps upload speed
  • Must be able to work an assigned shift
