Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote IRIS Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting with the IRIS participant a minimum of four times per year
• Providing program orientation to new participants
• Assisting participants in identifying personal outcomes

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to attend monthly meetings and travel as needed
• Bachelors degree in related field or 4 years' relevant experience
• Knowledge of Long Term Care programs
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain adequate auto insurance
• Ability to use a variety of technology
