Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IRIS Consultant in the Kenosha County Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting participants in identifying personal outcomes
- Providing program orientation to new participants
- Meeting with the IRIS participant a minimum of four times per year
Position Requirements Include:
- Valid driver's license and maintain adequate auto insurance for job-related travel
- 1+ years of direct experience related to the delivery of social services
- BS in a social work, psychology, human services, etc or four years of commensurate experience
