Remote IS Contract Manager

Job Summary

An insurance and financial services company is filling a position for a Remote IS Contract Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Researching, compiling, and evaluating information used in the development, enhancement, or maintenance of IT Contracts
• Developing conceptual design and systematic solutions to satisfy customer requirements
• Supporting processes to oversee implementation of contractual requirements and perform required contract administration tasks

Required Skills:

• Experience over the last 3+ years in IT Contracting / Vendor Management
• Proven knowledge to locate, use, and document appropriate sources of information for analysis
• Ability to collect and analyze appropriate data, organize it into meaningful information, and define innovative solution alternatives
• Ability to design and maintain IT Contracting Processes that ensure high quality Contracts are developed effectively and efficiently
• Ability to effectively and efficiently administers contracts and leverage legal resources to negotiate contracts that satisfy legal, business, technical and financial requirements
• Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree, a related degree or equivalent work experience
