Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote IS Help Desk Technician in Elizabeth City.
Must be able to:
- Resolve customer inquiries by using the tools provided to services the customer quickly, efficiently and thoroughly
- Provide prompt response to questions from in-store employees by troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving problems
- Documenting problems accurately and succinctly in the appropriate support tools provided
Position Requirements Include:
- Must Reside Within 75 Mile Radius of Elizabeth City
- High school diploma or GED
- Some technical schooling and/or military experience encouraged
- A minimum of 6 months related work experience required, ideally in a call center
- Must have excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Must have competent PC skills, Particularly in Excel and Access
