Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IS Support Analyst I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Resolve all Tier 1 issues
  • Evaluate customer service issue to determine level of service needed
  • Escalate Tier 2 issues to appropriate resource

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to understand, analyze and resolve problems, while on the phone or on-site with user
  • Able to perform effectively in a team environment as well as with little direct supervision
  • Knowledge and understanding of issues inherent to Microsoft software
  • Required Education: High school degree / GED required
  • Required Experience: At least two (2) years of experience providing EUD support, Service
