Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IS Support Analyst I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Resolve all Tier 1 issues
- Evaluate customer service issue to determine level of service needed
- Escalate Tier 2 issues to appropriate resource
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to understand, analyze and resolve problems, while on the phone or on-site with user
- Able to perform effectively in a team environment as well as with little direct supervision
- Knowledge and understanding of issues inherent to Microsoft software
- Required Education: High school degree / GED required
- Required Experience: At least two (2) years of experience providing EUD support, Service
