An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Address day-to-day questions
- Resolve escalation issues and communicate customer needs internally
- Partner with the appropriate teams internally to address specific product questions

- Experience with Salesforce
