Job Summary
A global business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a IT and Digital Talent Acquisition Senior Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and managing a geographically dispersed team focused on recruiting IT and technology-industry talent
- Overseeing recruiting for technology talent in support of large global IT team
- Collaborating with hiring teams across the world regarding staffing needs, workforce planning and recruiting strategy
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 6+ years of people management experience
- Demonstrated success recruiting hard-to-find technology and IT talent in competitive global markets
- Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
