Job Summary

A global business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a IT and Digital Talent Acquisition Senior Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading and managing a geographically dispersed team focused on recruiting IT and technology-industry talent
• Overseeing recruiting for technology talent in support of large global IT team
• Collaborating with hiring teams across the world regarding staffing needs, workforce planning and recruiting strategy

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 6+ years of people management experience
• Demonstrated success recruiting hard-to-find technology and IT talent in competitive global markets
• Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
